Ingredients

Cashew Nuts

250g Cashew Nuts

Icing Sugar

100g Icing Sugar

Egg Yolks

2 Egg Yolks

Orange Blossom Water

2 tbs Orange Blossom Water

Icing Sugar

To Glaze Icing Sugar

Almonds

100g Almonds

Instructions

1- Preheat the oven at 180 C / Gas 4.

2- Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

3- In a bowl, mix the cashews and icing sugar.

4- Add the egg yolks and orange blossom water and mix to a smooth homogeneous paste.

5- Take lumps of the cashew paste and shape into small balls.

6- Roll the balls in icing sugar and transfer to the baking tray.

7- Push an almond in the centre of each ghribia.

8- Bake until the biscuits are lightly golden, about 20 minutes.

9- Keep an eye on them, they burn quickly.
