Ingredients

Beef

1.5kg Beef

Beef Stock Concentrate

1 Beef Stock Concentrate

Tomato Puree

8 ounces Tomato Puree

Water

3 cups Water

Soy Sauce

6 tablespoons Soy Sauce

White Wine Vinegar

1 tbs White Wine Vinegar

Pepper

2 tbs Pepper

Bay Leaf

4 Bay Leaf

Lemon

1/2 Lemon

Tomato Sauce

2 tbs Tomato Sauce

Butter

3 tbs Butter

Olive Oil

1/2 cup Olive Oil

Onion

1 chopped Onion

Garlic

4 cloves Garlic

Instructions

1- 0.

2- Combine beef, crushed peppercorn, soy sauce, vinegar, dried bay leaves, lemon, and tomato sauce.

3- Mix well.

4- Marinate beef for at least 30 minutes.

6- Put the marinated beef in a cooking pot along with remaining marinade.

7- Add water.

8- Let boil.

10- Add Knorr Beef Cube.

11- Stir.

12- Cover the pot and cook for 40 minutes in low heat.

14- Turn the beef over.

15- Add tomato paste.

16- Continue cooking until beef tenderizes.

17- Set aside.

19- Heat oil in a pan.

20- Fry the potato until it browns.

21- Turn over and continue frying the opposite side.

22- Remove from the pan and place on a clean plate.

23- Do the same with the carrots.

25- Save 3 tablespoons of cooking oil from the pan where the potato was fried.

26- Saute onion and garlic until onion softens.

28- Pour-in the sauce from the beef stew.

29- Let boil.

30- Add the beef.

31- Cook for 2 minutes.

33- Add butter and let it melt.

34- Continue cooking until the sauce reduces to half.
