Ingredients

Beef Cutlet

4 Beef Cutlet

Egg

2 Beaten Egg

Breadcrumbs

200g Breadcrumbs

Parsley

2 tbs chopped Parsley

Garlic

2 cloves minced Garlic

Salt

To taste Salt

Pepper

To taste Pepper

Instructions

1- Season the Cutlets: Salt and pepper the cutlets.

2- Bread the Cutlets: Dip each cutlet in egg, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley, and garlic.

3- Fry: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

4- Fry the cutlets until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

5- Serve: Serve hot with lemon wedges or a side salad.

6- Pro Tips: For an extra crispy crust, use panko breadcrumbs mixed with finely grated Parmesan cheese.
