Instructions

1- Prepare the Batter: Whisk together chickpea flour, water, salt, and pepper.

2- Let sit for at least 4 hours.

3- Bake: Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).

4- Pour olive oil into a round baking dish and heat in the oven.

5- Pour in the batter and bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden.

6- Serve: Slice and serve hot, optionally with black pepper on top.
