Ingredients

Chicken Thighs

8 Chicken Thighs

Onion

3 sliced thinly Onion

Paprika

2 teaspoons Paprika

Lemon

Zest and juice of 1 Lemon

Parsley

Handful Parsley

Chicken Stock

150ml Chicken Stock

Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

1- step 1 Heat oven to 190C/170C fan/gas 5.

2- Put all the ingredients into a large, wide ovenproof dish.

3- Mix everything together with your hands and season.

4- step 2 Bake for 45 mins, stirring the onions after 20 mins, until the chicken is golden and the onions tender.

5- Serve with rice.
