Spanish tomato bread with jamón Serrano

Ingredients

Tomato

4 Chopped Tomato

Garlic

1 clove finely chopped Garlic

Olive Oil

3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Salt

Pinch Salt

Pepper

Pinch Pepper

Baguette

20 slices Baguette

Serrano Ham

5 Slices Serrano Ham

Instructions

1- step 1 Mix together the chopped tomatoes, garlic clove, olive oil, salt and pepper.

2- Keep in the fridge until needed.

3- step 2 To serve, toast 20 slices of baguette.

4- Spoon a little tomato topping on to each piece of toast.

5- Tear 5-6 slices of jamón Serrano into pieces and put one piece on each slice of bread.
