Ingredients

Chuck Roast

1kg Chuck Roast

Beef Stock

1 cup Beef Stock

Lemon Juice

3 tablespoons Lemon Juice

Ground Cumin

1 tablespoon Ground Cumin

Paprika

2 tsp Paprika

Salt

1 tsp Salt

Ground Ginger

1 tsp Ground Ginger

Turmeric

1 tsp Turmeric

Cayenne Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Ground Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Ground Coriander

1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander

Ground Clove

1/4 tsp Ground Clove

Instructions

1- 1 In a dutch oven or slow cooker, add all the spices, beef broth and lemon juice.

2- Stir to combine.

4- 2 Add the beef and turn to coat, spoon some sauce over the top.

5- 3 Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

6- 4 After cooking, remove beef and use two forks to shred.

7- Discard any excess fat.

8- 5 Skim fat off of the top of the liquid remaining.

9- 6 Mix shredded beef into sauce.

10- Keep warm until you are ready to serve.

11- 7 Build wrap by spreading garlic sauce on the pita.

12- Top with beef and add garnishes to your liking.

13- 8 Fold it burrito style.

14- 9 Heat a grill pan and grill the wrap.
