

1/2 Cabbage

2 sliced Carrots

1 chopped Plum Tomatoes

1 chopped Onion

4 Cloves Chopped Garlic

4 Chopped Spring Onions

4 sprigs Thyme

1/2 Scotch Bonnet

2 tablespoons Water

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter

2 tsp Kosher Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper
1- Add all the ingredients to a large pan over medium heat and cover with a lid.
2- Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3- After 10 minutes, reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes, until the cabbage is soft and tender.
4- Remove from the heat and remove the stalks of thyme before serving.
