

450ml Coconut Cream

4 large Plantain

4 tablespoons Sugar
1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2- Mash the plantains until it has a paste consistency.
3- Mix togher the coconut cream and granulated sugar.
4- Mix well.
5- Add muffin liners to muffin pan.
6- Fill the mixture into muffin pan.
7- Bake for 45 minutes until baked all the way through.
