

1 large Cabbage

10 Spring Onions

16 oz Water

2 tablespoons Salt
1- Cut the cabbage and chop it into 1 inch pieces Put the cabbage in a large bowl and add cold water to rinse.
2- Wash the cabbage.
3- Rinse and drain three times.
4- In a large clean bowl, pour in the bottle of water.
5- Put the cabbage and green onion into the salt water mixture.
6- Add in the salt.
