

1 lb Prawns

2 cloves minced Garlic

1/2 cup Spring Onions

1 tsp Ground Cumin

1/4 tsp Salt

4 tablespoons White Vinegar

4 tablespoons Water
1- Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients and grinding them into a paste.
2- Put the prawns on the skewers and brush with sauce.
3- Grill until done (they should lose their translucent color), about 3-4 minutes on each side.
4- Serve with extra sauce on the side.
