Ingredients

Unsalted Peanuts

5 Cups Unsalted Peanuts

Sugar

1 cup Sugar

Water

1 cup Water

Salt

1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

1- 1 In a large heavy saucepan, combine the peanuts, sugar and water.

2- Bring to a boil; cook until syrup has evaporated, about 10 minutes.

3- 2 Spread peanuts in a single layer in a greased 15x10x1-in.

4- baking pan; sprinkle with salt.

5- 3 Bake at 300° for 30-35 minutes or until dry and lightly browned.

6- Cool completely.

7- Store in an airtight container.
