

1 cup Rice

2 cups Chicken Stock

1 cup Tomato Sauce

1/4 cup Olive Oil

1/4 tsp Ground Allspice

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 chopped Onion

1/2 cup Raisins

1/2 cup Dill

1/2 cup Pine Nuts

Juice of 1 Lemon

To taste Salt

To taste Pepper
1- Wash rice in cold water until water runs clear.
2- Sauté onions in olive oil until tender.
3- Add spices and stir until fragrant.
4- Add remaining ingredients.
5- Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 30 minutes until all stock is absorbed and rice is tender.
6- Serve as a side dish or filling for dolmas.
