Leg of Lamb Armenian-Style

Ingredients

Lamb Leg

1 Lamb Leg

Garlic

1 Bulb Garlic

Parsley

1 1/2 cup Parsley

Onion

1 cup Onion

Black Pepper

1 tablespoon Black Pepper

Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

1/2 cup Olive Oil

Mint

1/4 cup Mint

Salt

To taste Salt

Instructions

1- Place all of the above ingredients into your roaster pan at least two days before you want to eat.

2- Stir occasionally throughout the days to distribute marinade evenly.

3- Bake at a 350-degree oven for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is not red when sliced.

4- You can also make these on skewers if you wish to go through the process of spearing the meat with other veggies to grill.

5- Freezes well.
