Ingredients

Cheddar Cheese

1 lb Cheddar Cheese

Feta

1 lb Feta

Eggs

1 beaten Eggs

Cornstarch

5 tablespoons Cornstarch

Instructions

1- Grate finely and toss together.

2- 1 lb.

3- sharp yellow cheese (cheddar or oude boerenkaas) 1 lb.

4- keshi di buriko (or any white cheese such as fromage blanc, queso blanco, ricotto, feta etc.

5- ) Stir in: 6 eggs, beaten 5 Tbs.

6- Cornstarch Shape the mixture into small balls.

7- These may be kept indefinitely in the freezer.

8- Drop the balls into deep, hot fat and fry until golden.

9- Serve piping hot on toothpicks.
