Frog Legs Recipe in Garlic Butter

Ingredients

Frogs Legs

300g Frogs Legs

Milk

3 Cups Milk

Olive Oil

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Garlic

1/2 tbs Garlic

Butter

2 tablespoons Butter

Parsley

1 tablespoon Parsley

Salt

Pinch Salt

Pepper

Pinch Pepper

Instructions

1- 1.

2- Let the frog legs soak in the milk in the fridge for an hour (optional).

4- Rinse the legs and pat them dry with kitchen paper.

6- Add the olive oil and half of the garlic butter to a large wok or frying pan.

7- Place it over high heat until the butter starts to foam.

8- Don't let it burn.

10- Add the frog legs to the pan.

11- Pan fry them for about 10 minutes until they are golden brown on both sides.

12- Turn the over regularly.

14- Add the rest of the garlic butter right in the end together with the freshly chopped parsley.

15- Season with a pinch of pepper and salt to taste.

17- Divide the frog legs over plates.

18- Serve with grilled bread and a green salad.
