

6 Corn On The Cob

2 cloves minced Garlic

6 tablespoons Mayonnaise

4 tablespoons Parmesan

2 tablespoons Coriander

1 Lime
1- step 1 Boil the corn cobs for 5 mins.
2- Leave in the water until you’re ready to grill them.
3- Mix the garlic and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
4- Just before barbecuing, remove the cobs from the pan, pat dry and rub the mayonnaise into each one.
5- step 2 Season the cobs and grill them until marks appear, about 5 mins.
6- Remove and scatter over the Parmesan and coriander.
7- Squeeze lime over to serve.
