250g Cherry Tomatoes

2 sliced Spring Onions

1 tablespoon Sherry vinegar

3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Handful Parsley
1- step 1 Mix together the hearts of palm, tomatoes and spring onions.
2- Whisk together the sherry vinegar and olive oil.
3- Drizzle over the salad.
4- Sprinkle with the parsley, toss everything together and serve.
