

4 Red Pepper

100g Feta

200g Cottage Cheese

1 tablespoon chopped Chives

1 tablespoon chopped Parsley

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1- Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.
2- In a bowl combine 3.
3- 5 oz (100 grams) Feta cheese, 7 oz (200 grams) cottage cheese, 1 tbsp chopped chives (optional), 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional), 1/4 tsp salt (more or less to taste) and 1 tbsp lemon juice.
4- Fill the peppers with the mixture.
5- Top with chopped chives and parsley.
6- Serve.
