Baked brie with sorrel jam

Ingredients

Dried Sorrel

1 cup Dried Sorrel

Brown Sugar

2 cups Brown Sugar

Ground Ginger

1 tsp Ground Ginger

Cinnamon

Instructions

1- Sorrel jam instructions Combine sugar, sorrel, lemon zest, water in a medium sized pot.

2- Bring to a boil as petal becomes soft Reduce heat, and cook until thickened.
